This membership allows several members of the European Works Council and\/or management to participate;<\/li>\n<li>1,500 euros per 'team': for members of a European Works Council bureau or select committee;<\/li>\n<li>500 euros per 'individual': for the secretary of the European Works Council or a member of the European Works Council or even a social relations manager who does not have the How are members selected or approved?<\/h5><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content\"><p>Membership to the IR Club is open to either employee representatives who are part of a European Works Council or a Special Negotiating Body, or\/and their management. Due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of the topics, new members are subject to the IR Share\u2019s team and the group's approval. The IR Share team ensures any objections are based on valid, objective reasons, aligned with the Club\u2019s principles of trust and neutrality.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_accordion_item_3 et_pb_accordion_item et_pb_toggle et_pb_module et_pb_toggle_close et_block_module\"><h5 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">How do I apply for membership? How can I ask my company to pay for the membership?<\/h5><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content\"><p>To apply, email the IR Share team expressing your interest <a href=\"https:\/\/irshare.eu\/about\/\">here<\/a>. Membership fees vary depending on your organisation\u2019s and individual needs. In most cases, companies can cover the membership cost through request to the management or the HR department.
