The European Works Council of Suez has entrusted IR Share with training its members, from 23 to 25 September, in the use and impact of generative AI on employment and working conditions. With input from Christophe Teissier, project manager at Ultra Laborans and involved in several European research projects on AI and social dialogue, and Nariman Aga-Tagiyev, director of Secure Habits and cybersecurity expert, they were able to draw up a first draft of the European Works Council’s action plan to monitor the implementation of AI systems within the group.
IR Share organised the training around presentations, simulations, role-playing and practical workshops to help participants better understand the impact of AI on the world of work at Suez.
