IR Club
Club CE européens – EWCs Club
Since 2011, the European Works Councils Club has aimed to co-construct the foundations of a European social dialogue capable of responding to the social and environmental challenges faced by transnational companies.
What we provide
- A themed work programme drawn up each year with members, based on an online survey and personal interviews
- One face-to-face meeting and six videoconference meetings per year
- A right of initiative for members to request extraordinary meetings
- Two experts on European industrial relations systems and European social legislation
- A secure digital platform for the community to facilitate exchanges
- The opportunity to meet European researchers and policy makers
How to join
Membership of the Club is subject to the approval of all members and payment of a membership fee.
The membership fee is:
- 3,000 euros per “organisation”: either a company management or a European Works Council with a sufficient budget. This membership allows several members of the European Works Council and/or management to participate;
- 1,500 euros per ‘team’: for members of a European Works Council bureau or select committee;
- 500 euros per ‘individual’: for the secretary of the European Works Council or a member of the European Works Council or even a social relations manager who does not have the support of his or her company.
