Eurogip: Telework and accidents at work in seven European countries – Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden

On 31 March, Eurogip published a report comparing the rules applicable to accidents at work that take place during teleworking periods, in seven European countries (Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden). In each of the countries examined, among other things, the report offers an insight into the regulations in force and the obligations applicable in terms of health and safety in the workplace around teleworking; the rules applicable to accidents at work that occur during teleworking; and the associated case law.
