European Company agreement of workers involvement in Rodamco-Unibail SE
Le groupe Unibail-Rodamco (1 700 salariés), leader européen de l'immobilier commercial, s'est transformé en société européenne (SE) après avoir négocié un accord sur l'implication des travailleurs dans la SE, comme le prévoit la directive 2001/86 du 8 octobre 2001 transposée par les articles L. 2352-13 et suivants du Code du travail. L'accord a été conclu préalablement à l'immatriculation de la nouvelle SE, le 15 mai 2009.
