France: National agreement on the quality of working life and professional equality
On 8th July 2013, all three employers’ organisations and three of the five representative trade unions (CFE-CGC, CFDT, CFTC) signed a national inter-professional agreement (“Accord national interprofessionnel”) on the quality of working life and professional equality.
The signatories are seeking to test the principle of a single set of negotiations on the quality of working life, either at company or sectoral level.
