On 21 March, the government unveiled a national action plan against racism. It contains initiatives in the field of employment, such as the creation of a workers’ and employers’ guide for combating racism and promoting racial equality in the workplace across all sectors, with an associated awareness campaign. The plan will also introduce specific measures aimed at sectors and workplaces where minority ethnic groups are under-represented, and for sectors and workplaces where they are over-represented.
