On 20 February 2024, European social partners in the private security industry signed a joint declaration entitled Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Non-Discrimination in the European Private Security Services, and containing examples of strategies to be implemented within companies. The text emphasises that the workforce should reflect the society it is serving in different aspects (gender, ethnicity, demographics).
