Accord CE européen Autogrill
Le groupe italien Autogrill a révisé son accord de CE européen signé le 15 novembre 2002 en reprenant partiellement des définitions de la directive révisée.
Le nouvel accord, signé le 18 novembre dernier à Amsterdam, fait passer le nombre de membres du comité de 13 à 17 représentants, notamment en raison de l’élargissement du périmètre avec l’intégration de la société Carestel. Le comité peut élire en son sein un comité restreint composé de 5 membres, qui peut se faire assister par un représentant de la fédération syndicale européenne Effat.
