L'équipementier automobile helvétique a mis en place un comité d'entreprise européen le 6 juin 2011 qui s'est réunit pour la première fois en 2012. En 2012, le groupe comptait 4202 salariés en Europe, mais une restructuration est en cours marquée par la cession d'une filiale italienne ou par un projet de fermeture d'une usine à Dieppe (France).
