Agreement on the EWC of Aperam

La direction de la société Aperam (9 800 salariés), ex-division Inox du groupe ArcelorMittal, devenue indépendante en 2011, a signé, le 3 avril dernier, un accord sur la mise en place d’un CE européen avec l'ensemble des membres du groupe spécial de négociation ainsi que l'expert de la fédération syndicale européenne IndustriALL.
L’accord confie un rôle important au comité restreint et précise que ses membres ont le devoir d’informer l’ensemble des salariés des travaux du comité. La compétence du CE européen est limitée aux questions à la fois stratégiques, transnationales et affectant gravement l’intérêt des travailleurs.
