[EN] Décret-loi 7/2011 du 10 juin 2011 sur la réforme du système de négociation collective

Le système de négociation collective espagnol se trouve profondément changé après l’adoption de la nouvelle législation sur les conventions collectives, qui peut encore être modifiée au cours de sa lecture devant le Parlement. Ce nouveau texte de loi (décret-loi 7/2011, en vigueur depuis le 12 juin 2011) complète la réforme du marché du travail introduite en 2010 par la loi 35/2010
Le texte, qui doit encore être validé par le Parlement, fait de la négociation d’entreprise le centre de gravité du système conventionnel. La loi encadre désormais strictement la renégociation des accords collectifs, qui ne pourront désormais plus s’appliquer sans limite après leur date d’expiration.
