European agreement on professional equality for women and men Group GDF Suez
GDF SUEZ and three European Trade Union Federations – European Federation of Public Service Unions (EPSU), IndustriALL and European Managers (CEC) as well as the representatives of the Group’s trade union organisations in Europe signed the Agreement for Professional Equality for women and men on 5 June 2012.
This agreement takes into consideration the quantitative objectives fixed by GDF SUEZ for 2015 : 1 executive out of every 3 appointed will be a woman ; 35 % women at full potential ; 25 % of executives to be women ; 30 % of new recruitments to be women.
