France: agreement of the maintain of employment by Behr France

La direction de Berh et les organisations syndicales CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC, CGT et Unsa, ont signé, le 26 juillet 2013, un un des tous premiers accords de maintien de l’emploi conclu dans le cadre de la loi de sécurisation de l’emploi.
Comme l'indique l'UNSA, "les salariés ont accepté un gel des salaires sur les 3 années 2013 à 2015 et une réduction de 5 jours de RTT. En contrepartie, l’entreprise a accepté d’affecter à l’usine de Rouffach un important projet qui permet de sécuriser l’emploi pour les 2 ans à venir. Le gel des rémunérations s’applique également aux cadres dirigeants et mandataires sociaux et la remontée de dividendes à la maison mère allemande a été encadrée. Conformément à la loi, l’accord est assorti d’une clause pénale et il sera automatiquement caduc en cas de rétablissement plus rapide que prévu de la rentabilité."
