Global Framework Agreement Norske Hydro

La direction du groupe énergétique norvégien Norsk Hydro (23 000 salariés) a signé, le 15 mars 2010, un accord-cadre international avec la Fédération internationale des ouvriers de la métallurgie (Fiom), la Fédération européenne des métallurgistes (FEM) et leurs syndicats affiliés en Norvège.
En matière de santé-sécurité, l’accord mentionne que les parties reconnaissent que tous les salariés ont des responsabilités en ce qui concerne leur propre santé et leur sécurité, et qu’ils doivent s’engager à tenir toute drogue à l’écart du lieu de travail. Le groupe s’engage en faveur des intérimaires, qui doivent recevoir les mêmes formations en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail que les salariés permanents.
