The course, which was organised in Louveciennes (France) the 29 and 30 October 2014, was led by Christophe Teissier (Astrees), Sebastian Schulze-Marmeling (Astrees) and Frédéric Turlan (IR Share). It dealt with the EWC agreement, the link with the national delegations and the place of the EWC in the framework of transnational negotiations.
