Together with its European partners – ASTREES (France), and EWC Services SBI Training en Advies & FNV Formaat (the Netherlands ) — IR Share published a guide whose aim is to promote good practices in managing European works councils. The guide was published as part of a project launched in 2015/2016 with the support of the European Commission (DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion). It is available in four languages (English, German, Spanish and French).

Since 2011, the European Works Councils Club has sought to co-construct the foundations of a European social dialogue that can meet the social and environmental challenges faced by transnational companies.
