IR Share is a partner in the Post-Lab European project, led by the Italian paritarian institution responsible for the management of paid leave and Christmas bonuses for employees in the construction industry (Commissione Nazionale Casse Edili – CNCE) and coordinated by the Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini. The project’s aim is to analyse the measures taken by the social partners in the construction sector in several EU countries, in particular to combat fraud relating to worker posting and to guarantee employees’ rights.
IR Share provides training for SNB members of the Aperam group
On 26 April 2012, IR Share held a training day for members of the special negotiating body (SNB) of the Aperam group, comprising representatives of its European employees, in the presence of the expert of the European Metalworkers' Federation.
