Proposal for a Directive on the enforcement of Directive 96/71 concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services (Draft agreed by Coreper)
The informal agreement between the Parliament and the Council concerning the proposal for a directive for the enforcement of the directive concerning the posting of workers was approved on 18 March 2014 by the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs of the European Parliament by 30 votes to 11, with 3 abstentions.
