Proposal for a regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings
The overall objective of the revision of the Insolvency Regulation is to improve the efficiency of the European framework for resolving cross-border insolvency cases in view of ensuring a smooth functioning of the internal market and its resilience in economic crises.
