La commission Emploi et Affaires sociales du Parlement européen a adopté, le 19 novembre, le rapport de l’eurodéputé espagnol Alejandro Cercas, à une très forte majorité (35 pour, 2 contre, 3 abstentions). Ce document est la version consolidée du rapport Cercas, après intégration des amendements parlementaires, et sera soumis au vote en plénière du Parlement européen, en janvier.
