Under the law of 22 August 2021 combating climate disruption, a decree dated 26 April sets out the environmental information to be provided to workforce representatives, in the absence of any company agreement dealing with this subject (see item 10 of the table in Article 2).
This information, which concerns the company’s general environmental policy, the circular economy (assessment of the quantity of hazardous waste, sustainable use of resources: water and energy consumption, etc.) and climate change (e.g. record of greenhouse gas emissions), must now appear in the “economic, social and environmental database” holding all of the information and data to be passed on to representatives.
