Accord sectoriel en matière de harcèlement moral
Cet accord transpose au niveau du secteur bancaire la convention interprofessionnelle relative au harcèlement et à la violence au travail signée en 2009 par les partenaires sociaux au niveau national. L’accord trouvé précise les obligations de l‘employeur en matière de harcèlement moral, mais renseigne également le salarié sur les voies d’assistance qui lui sont ouvertes en cas de harcèlement moral. Concernant les possibilités de recours des salariés, le secteur bancaire offre une assistance spécifique à ses salariés, dans la mesure où ils peuvent, de façon gratuite et anonyme, solliciter la compétence d’une cellule de conseil composée de professionnels de la santé auprès de l’ASTF (Association de la santé au travail du secteur financier). L’accord sectoriel sera intégré dans la future convention collective du secteur bancaire
