Renault: addendum to the Renault Group Works’ Council
Le nouvel avenant, négocié avant la fin de la période de transition instaurée par la directive révisée du 16 mai 2009 relative au CE européen, prend en compte certains aspects de la nouvelle directive et adapte la composition du comité à l’évolution des effectifs du groupe
L’accord introduit une clause sur l’articulation des processus d’information des instances locales et du comité de groupe : les processus « se mèneront, en coordination, tant au sein du comité de groupe Renault qu’au sein des instances nationales sous réserve du respect des législations nationales, notamment lorsqu’elles prévoient la préséance d’une information et/ou d’une consultation ». Dans ce cas, « aucune information ne pourra être adressée au comité de groupe européen tant que l’instance nationale n’aura pas elle-même été complètement informée ».
