What impact does the revision of European Directive 2009/38 have on the Worldline European Works Council agreement?
This topic was discussed by Ambre Grenier-Boley and Frédéric Turlan on 24 March at La Défense with members of the European Works Council at Worldline. The meeting also covered the conditions for setting up a European Works Council at Magellan Partners, which is acquiring a business unit from Worldline, as well as ways in which Worldline’s European Works Council can assist employees leaving the group.
It was a discussion-filled afternoon, conducted in English, aimed at equipping European employee representatives to tackle various challenges.
