IR Share is pleased to offer training opportunities that extend beyond the scope of European Works Council (EWC) 🇪🇺. On 12 and 14 February, we had the privilege of organising a ‘learning expedition’ for lawyers and political advisers from the Norwegian trade union Samfunnsviterne 🇧🇻 . During this expedition, we explored the role of works councils in various European countries, the missions of EWC, the time savings account in France, the latest developments on the 4-day week, and the forms of social dialogue linked to the introduction of AI in the workplace.
