IR Share provided valuable assistance to the CFTC Média + French trade union federation on 14 and 15 April, offering guidance on the establishment of a European Works Council, the negotiation of a EWC agreement, and the advantages of doing so. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with experienced trade unionists, some of whom had already drafted a letter requesting their management initiate negotiations to establish such committee.
