Projet de résolution du Parlement européen sur l’anticipation des restructurations
Cette proposition de résolution du Parlement européen, préparée par le député européen espagnol Alejandro Cercas (S & D), portent sur « des recommandations à la Commission sur l’information et la consultation des travailleurs, l’anticipation et la gestion des restructurations ».
La proposition qui sera discutée le 8 octobre en commission emploi et affaires sociales du Parlement européen, devrait être adoptée par le Parlement d'ici la fin de l'année, obligeant la Commission européenne à prendre position sur ce sujet. Le texte contient 16 recommandations qui pourraient constituer le corps d'une directive ou éventuellement d'un instrument moins contraignant.
