Galileo’s EWC members’ training

On 30 and 31 October, IR Share had the pleasure of training the members of Galileo‘s European Works Council in Cologne on the role of the European Works Council in the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
Through presentations, workshops and practical case studies, we covered the European legal framework, the initiatives of European social partners and the role of European Works Councils, with a presentation by Estelle Schneider from Club Med. Participants were able to test AI tools, prepare for restructuring related to the use of AI and draw up an action plan for the European Works Council.
