Training for the new Ramsay Santé EWC

Following the takeover of the Swedish healthcare group Capio, which has a European Works Council, the French group Ramsay Santé initiated a negotiation to set up a European Works Council covering the new group. The agreement was signed on 5 October 2023. IR Share provided training for the full members and deputy members to enhance understanding of the new agreement through workshops and case studies to better understand the competence of the EWC.
